These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.
Simon The Beekeeper Ltd reserve the right to change prices, stock availability and or other information contained herein without prior notice.
Simon The Beekeeper Ltd accepts no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities, demands, proceedings and actions which persons using this website may sustain or incur or which may be brought or established against it by any person and any case which arises out or in relation to or by reason of their use of this website. We will sometimes include third party links in our newsletter. We supply all external links in good faith and to create value to the user. By clicking the external links to accept and agree, that you are entering a website that is not endorsed by us and that we are not responsible for the external websites (i) privacy practice (ii) Or content of website.

Email marketing and Newsletter
We have a double opt in process for our newsletter. If you sign up to our newsletter, we will store the contact information provided. We will only use this to send out you our newsletters which will contain help, advice and details of our products on promotion. We will sometimes include third party links in our newsletter. We supply all external links in good faith and to create value to the user. By clicking the external links to accept and agree, that you are entering a website that is not endorsed by us and that we are not responsible for the external websites (i) privacy practice (ii) Or content of website. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the newsletter. We never share your data with any third parties.
These conditions apply to Gift Vouchers which have been purchased from Simon The Beekeeper Ltd. Gift Vouchers have a claim code with combination of letters and numbers and can be redeemed at simonthebeekeeper.co.uk or from our shop on any purchase made in GBP sterling. If the value of an order exceeds the value of the voucher the balance must be paid online by either credit/debit card, or in person. If the full amount of the voucher is not redeemed, the balance will be lost. It is only possible to redeem one Gift Voucher s are transferable and have a cash redemption value of 0.001p against an online order, it is not possible to combine the use of Gift Vouchers with other Promotional or Discount offers. Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 13:00 GMT will be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on a Friday after 13:00 GMT will be dispatched on the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a UK public holiday). We aim to dispatch and process orders within 1 working day of the order being placed. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend your order or address.
Simon The Beekeeper Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays to deliveries caused by couriers or any other third party.
Postage and packing will be applied to each item in accordance with Simon The Beekeeper Ltd standard delivery rates and policies, or the participating third-party delivery courier rates and policies, as applicable.
All shipping charges are subject to change and unless the order qualifies for free shipping (see terms and conditions) the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items.
Orders weighing less than 6kg are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class unless specified otherwise, this service can take up to 3-5 working days.
To keep our shipping costs down, your order may be split into multiple parcels, in this instance parcels will clearly be labelled parcel 1 of 2 and so on.
Surcharged postcodes within the UK-
Please note there may be an additional shipping charge (as stated during the checkout) on items to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, and offshore islands.
In the instance that the shipping rate needs to be amended Simon The Beekeeper Ltd will contact the customer within two working days to resolve the shipping issues.

Deliveries within the EU are sent via Royal Mail International standard, unless specified otherwise, this service can take up to 10-15 working days and does not provide tracking information.
Size and weight restrictions may result in some orders being dispatched in multiple parcels, if you place several separate orders, we may also combine them into one parcel.
Rest of World-
Deliveries to the Rest of World are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, unless specified otherwise, this service can take up to 15-35 working days depending on your chosen delivery country and does not provide tracking information.
This may take up to a maximum of 35 business days in rare cases, please contact our customer service team if this is the case for your delivery and we will endeavour to help.
Please note that due to restrictions on the size and weight of international parcels, occasionally orders containing multiple large items may have to be split into several parcels for us to send them to you.
Our free shipping for orders over £125 applies to UK customers excluding areas within the postcodes above under the section 'Surcharged postcodes within the UK-'
This offer is subject to availability, we reserve the right to withdraw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Orders containing food or syrup do not qualify for free shipping.
Oversized and heavy orders:
Large and/or heavy orders that will need multiple parcels being dispatched to you may require to be palletized. We will contact you regarding your order, and organise a suitable delivery date for your order. You will be need to be available to accept the delivery on the delivery date. If you are unable to accept a palletized delivery you may be subject to increased postage charges, and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date.
Express Postage Services:
Please note, if you have selected an express postage option and the parcel is returned back to Simon The Beekeeper because it was not collected from the depot, or you were unavailable you will be charged to have the parcel resent at the original postage costs.
Customs and Import Duty Charges:
All orders now shipped outside of the UK are subject to Customs/VAT and Import Duty Charges. Orders shipped to within the EU including Ireland may incur charges on orders totaling over €22.00 excluding shipping. Simon The Beekeeper Ltd are unable to confirm what the charges could be prior to your order being shipped, as fees are calculated differently for each destination country. Once the order has been shipped, if any Customs or Import Duty charges are due the buyer is responsible for paying any and all charges to release the parcel/s. If the fees are not paid, the order will be returned back to ourselves.
Estimated Delivery Information:
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 working day (Monday - Friday), the estimated delivery dates provided during the checkout are applicable once the order is dispatched and forwarded to the carrier.
If you place your order after 13:00 GMT your order will be dispatched the following working day (Monday-Friday).
Please note, we process orders over the weekend and Bank Holidays, you will receive an automated email stating your order has been shipped. However, your order will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 13:00 GMT will be dispatched on the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a UK public holiday - Tuesday).

What is your returns policy?
Returning an unwanted item?
You can return any item within 30 days, including sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts*. Your 30 days start from the date on your receipt, or from the date when you received/collected any items you bought online.
Items must be in their original condition.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency (unless otherwise stated).
Please note: We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition. Any items returned outside of this timeframe will be returned to you.
*Excluding items in our Bargain Corner section. Please note: The above returns options refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
How to return an item
It is FREE and EASY to return your order. You can either return the item to our warehouse or return the items via Royal Mail.
All you need is your order number, email address and the reason for your return. All postal returns must include a returns form so we can process your return. If you do not include a returns form, we may not be able to process your return.

Click on the link below, and you will be redirected to Royal Mail. Please follow the instructions and enter your details to either create a label which you can print off at home, or generate a QR code that you can scan at the post office and a label will be printed for you.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 working days of the items being returned to us. If you are exchanging an item, your new items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the returned items via 2nd Class Tracked post.
There is an issue with my order
I would like to cancel my order:
You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days, without giving a reason.
This cancellation period of fourteen days starts with the day you or a person of your choice, who is not the deliverer, have/has received the goods.
To apply your legal right to cancel you need to contact us with a clear statement (e.g. by post, phone, or e-mail) and let us know about your decision to cancel this contract.
To comply within the time limit, it is sufficient to post the cancellation notice before the fourteen days end.
The item, where possible, must be returned in its original condition for exchange or refund at our discretion.
What to do if you are missing items, or received the incorrect items in your order-
In the unfortunate event where you are missing items from your order, or you have received the wrong items please can you contact us immediately when you receive your order.
We request that all orders are thoroughly checked when they arrive, so that we can resolve any issues swiftly.
If you do not report an issue within 30 working days of receiving the order, we may be unable to resolve the issue.
My purchase has become faulty. What do I do?
We are sorry that one of our items has become faulty or is not up to our usual standards. To resolve this swiftly, please contact us directly via email or telephone. You will be asked to provide your order details so we can invesigate the fault.
Simon The Beekeeper Ltd is unable to refund returns shipping costs unless the error is on our part or the item is faulty.
Returning sale or ‘Bargain Corner’ Items -
The goods advertised “as-is” include items (not limited to) with damaged packaging; previously displayed and returned or damaged products. The condition may vary, all as-is sales are final sales (no returns or exchanges).
